After working in industry, he founded Practical Business Solutions in 2008, growing the firm from the ground up into a successful and trusted accountancy practice.

Under Mike’s leadership, Practical Business Solutions has helped businesses of all sizes become more financially efficient, tax-compliant, and growth-focused. His Fellowship with CIMA now solidifies his global standing as a financial strategist, expanding the firm’s ability to offer international tax and financial advisory services.

Masood Safdar: Driving Efficiency and Innovation

Masood joined Practical Business Solutions in 2021 as a full-time accountant, quickly making an impact by enhancing efficiencies within the firm and delivering expert financial guidance to clients. His experience has helped businesses improve tax efficiency, reduce liabilities, and navigate complex compliance challenges.

Now working as a consultant, Masood focuses on high-level projects, including Making Tax Digital (MTD) implementation and software-driven tax solutions.
